Cada coven es dirigido por cuatro personas: una Suma Sacerdotisa, un Sumo Sacerdote, el thegn una especie de guardia, y un escriba o secretario. El Sacerdote y la Sacerdotisa son electos para dirigir el coven durante trece lunas. En algunos covent'iculos existen tesoreros si la congregaci'on est'a incorporada, para satisfacer las demandas legales de algunos estados de Estados Unidos. Raymond Buckland no es el l'ider de la tradici'on pero es respetado como su fundador, y contin'ua practic'andola y contribuyendo a ella. Buckland trabaja en una nueva edici'on de The Tree. Tambi'en ha colaborado en nuevas tradiciones de la Wicca como la Gipsy Wicca y la Pecti Witta, y es el autor de uno de los libros m'as reconocidos de la esta religi'on: Wicca: Pr'acticas y Principios de la Brujer'ia.

La palabra Seax es una palabra usada por el pueblo saj'on para nombrar al instrumento que utilizaron en sus conquistas espada y se usa la palabra Wica con una sola C, porque as'i aparece por primera vez en las obras de Gerald Gardner y Raymond Buckland era estudiante de Gerald Gardner, luego Raymond Buckland se separar'ia de la Wicca Gardneriana por diversos motivos, considera la falta de democracia que hab'ia dentro del coven entre otros aspectos seguir con la Wicca Gardneriana. En los 70 por cuestiones de pronunciaci'on se le agregar'ia otra C a la palabra WICCA, usar WICA o WICCA es igual de correcto

* Se permiten las practicas en Coven o en Solitario ( siempre y cuando se hayan car dedicado siguiendo las pautas de The Tree y como m'inimo teniendo contacto con otros seax gesith para su desarrollo y complementaci'on a distancia, existiendo la realidad de la auto-iniciaci'on si no hubiera alg'un Coven cercano a la localidad).

* No existe una estructura de grados y no hay votos de guardar Secreto.

* Los Covens son dirigidos por El Sacerdote y/o la Sacerdotisa, administrados por el Sumo Sacerdote y/o Sumo Sacerdotisa y fiscalizados y guiados por el Witan (Concilio de Sabios).

* Los cargos de responsabilidad dentro de un Coven como es el Sacerdote, Sacerdotisa, Thegn y Cut up, solo pueden postular los Seax Gesith a trav'es de postulaciones nombradas y una elecci'on democr'atica, de este modo se alivia el que no haya elevaciones de ego ni de poder, estos cargos tiene la duraci'on de 1 a~no y 1 d'ia.
