The problem with the limited information you have given is, there are 10planets not just one or two you have mentioned and if you have a harsh/hard aspect from Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto to your personal planets it *will* make matters decidedly tricky if not impossible to overcome. WHAT FOODS ARE CHEAPER TO MAKE THAN TO BUY?
I'm really interested in making more homeade foods, especially since we live so far in the country and making trips to town are sort of a pain.
Can anyone tell me some ideas for things to make instead of spending a ton at the grocery store? I know ranch dressing is a lot cheaper (and better), I'm not worried about how much time it takes, since I have nothing else to do : )
Also, can anyone tell me some cleaning supplies I can make at home or even some.sites to go to for ideas?

Most foods are cheaper to make but some the savings on some are minimal. Homemade mayonnaise is only modestly cheaper than Helmans for example. I generally don't bother unless the dish is very special.
Here's a few big savers
1) Never buy bagged lettuce/salad. You pay a lot more for bags than by the head
2) Pizza made at home is a lot cheaper if you prepare properly. I buy bulk yeast and 20 lbs of bread flour at costco and I can make dough for about 30 cents. I also buy huge cans of San Marzano tomatoes (the best canned tomatoes) for about 4 and make a large batch of sauce every few weeks. Buy your mozzarella whenever it goes on sale and freeze it for when you need it. I usually pay 2/lb and I will buy 8 of them when they go on sale. Ultimately my pizza costs me about 1.50 to make instead of the 14 my pizza place charges
While you can get cheap tomato sauce, homemade is invariably superior and if you buy tomato cans on sale or buy in bulk, you can have a good savings here.
On the pizza subject, i recommend buying flour in bulk. (1/2 - 1/3 the price of buying 5 lb bags)
I make my own vanilla too. Vanilla costs a fortune and if you bake a lot, buying a pint of vodka and vanilla beans is cheaper. I buy vanilla beans in bulk (54 beans for 27). I bought a gallon of vodka and in addition to my vanilla supply, I gave homemade vanilla to 8 of my friends for Christmas.
I always make all of my own salad dressings, tartar sauce.
If you have an kindle (or an Amazon account), Amazon recently had several books for free (the kindle version) on a lot of home cleaning and making environmentally friendly and cost effective cleaning supplies. Even if you do not own a kindle, you can read these "free" books on your kindle for pc or the cloud reader (free).

First of all HAPPY SAMHAIN! Today is one of my two favorite holidays. I love Samhain. The only other that comes close is Beltane. I love this time of the year. It's a bit colder than normal for this area but the leaves are falling; there is the smell of wood fires in the air. I just love it. And it's my anniversary.
