As you can see this is my first blog and I am very excited to start writing my thoughts and activities to hopefully give you an idea what I am like, what iv been up to, any ideas i might have and to show you my interests and also my creativity that i dont get a chance to show others very much !

Well today I have been a very busy bee, today has been what i like to call a "craft day" where the majority of my day is spent doing bits and pieces of things i love to do whether that be starting new art work or clay work or simply things i love to do when it comes to my wicca and today i made my first dream pillow (pic) after a week or so on reading up on how to make and herbs for specific needs and for this pillow i used a mixture of Chamomile and Feverfew herbs. I used Chamomile mostly because its elements are widely used and known as a sleep aid helping with sleep loss and bad dreams but also used for protection and the body is more vulnerable while sleeping. The Feverfew herb has strong healing elements mostly to do with the mind and when blended together gives a powerful scent and it does smell amazing and very easy to make. Today also I have been thinking about starting my own little herb garden and have been reading up on herbs that do well in most conditions as the weather here is pretty hit and miss, today it could be roasting tomorrow it could be arctic conditions which is why i have bought my first herb plant (Chamomile- woo hoo =D ) and also seeds (Wormwood and Rosemary) which im going to start off indoors which will hopefully go well before i move onto a bigger area with a wider range of Herbs because to be honest although herbs are relatively easy to get online you cant really buy the amount you would like to accommodate for your projects if you have a large number of them going on unless your willing to break the bank to buy in bulk, but mostly id like to grow my own as i feel theres more to gain not only financially but emotionally when you feel the accomplishment when you get your herbs to the point where they can be used in your craft knowing your have spent more time then you would have preparing your herbs from a seed and also growing your own means you know its at its purest its fresh its not contaminated with any chemicals its your own creation in a way your energy has gone into helping it to grow in the most natural way and then using it in any form (mine being my own blended incense at the moment) whether in dried form or not i feel adds more energy and more power coming directly from you, and that is what i believe the more you put into your craft whether it be time, energy, care, thoughts and feelings the more you will get back not in a personal gain way but in having satisfaction that you created something in the most natural way possible for the benefit of others or the space around you.

And one time, in the locality where St Dometius struggled with his disciples, the emperor Julian the Apostate (361-363) arrived, traveling on his campaign against the Persians. By order of the emperor, soldiers found St Dometius praying with his disciples in a cave, and walled them up alive inside.

Contemplation is a rich practice because it reaches into the process of you creating your experience. It's listening to your heart. It's your multi-dimensional being in action. Contemplation is a metacognitive strategy. It allows you to drill down into your thinking and explore variables that influence the choices you perceive without judgment.
Contemplation can be accomplished anywhere, even when you are reading a book or taking walk. There is no right or wrong procedures during contemplation because you are simply examining possibilities and influences. If you find yourself debating positions then chances are you have slipped out of contemplation and into a totally mental activity. Contemplation requires no energy, in fact it leaves you refreshed and invigorated while also expanding your sense of personal power.
Contemplation exercise
1. Settle yourself in a quiet place with your journal and pen/pencil.
2. Say a prayer to invoke the presence of your Angels or Teachers.
3. Ask your question or state your issue/desire and write it in your journal.
4. Sit quietly and listen until you notice some feelings, thoughts or impressions.
5. Write down without judging what comes to the surface for you.

Chanting is a powerful method of releasing blocks and opening the heart.
PRAYERS
The most powerful prayers come from the heart. I have found that praying to an Ascended Master or an Archangel is especially helpful. Chants work as prayers too.
My three favorites chants are:

"Gayatri"
"Tumare Darshan"
Any time is beneficial to pray. You don't have to be in a meditation posture. Wherever you are when you pray, light pours in. Take time to read about the Ascended Masters. They are powerful allies you have right now and offer unlimited support and help in whatever you're dealing with. Within the scope of different dimensions - vibrating faster than this third dimension - are beings dedicated to serving the good and the white light of the highest order. They exist in light bodies not physical bodies. These beings include Archangels, Angels, Guides, Teachers, Masters, and many more. When you are dealing with these beings - to assure they are working in the light and not part of the evil forces - keep these simple suggestions at hand:

3. Next listen to the subtle world within you by focusing on your heart connection. Hopefully you have your journal with you to write down any impressions or ideas that surface. Don't censor anything right now. Just listen and write. Whatever impressions you detect be sure to write 'em down. They may not make sense now but later, after some time has passed, you will have different perspectives of your experiences.
When a payer session is complete be sure to speak a prayer of gratitude for the help you have received.
Sacred Geometry
Numbers and shapes have been a part of all cultures since the beginning of time. In the field of sacred geometry holistic practices are applied to numbers in discovering the flow of energy. Did you know that round domes typically seen on religious buildings act as sound transmitters, they're amplifying the prayers being sent upwards. Are you aware that dividing any number in the Fibonacci sequence by the one before it, for example 55/34, or 21/13, will always produce a number close to 1.61803. This is known as the Golden Ratio or golden mean geometry.
There are many clear examples of sacred geometry and golden mean geometry in our world. This includes all crystals natural and cultured, hexagonal geometry of snowflakes, creatures exhibiting logarithmic spiral patterns like snails and various shell fish, the way rivers form branches, and the way a tree spans out so that all its branches receive sunlight. There are many applications of sacred geometry.
Another example includes three dimensional forms. There are five perfect three dimensional forms: tetrahedron, hexahedron, octahedron, dodecahedron, and icosahedron. Collectively these are known as The Platonic Solids and they're the foundation of everything in the physical world. Modern scholars ridiculed this idea until the 1980's, when Professor Robert Moon at the University of Chicago demonstrated that the entire Periodic Table of Elements -- literally everything in the physical world -- is based on those five forms. You can use sacred geometry very beneficially and easily in your life.
Protection Exercise
I suggest that you use sacred geometry to protect your energy. Here is a simple technique you can do to protect yourself holistically when you find yourself in the midst of turmoil - erect a safety zone. This zone keeps your energy in and keeps out the energy from other people and other sources.
1. Visualize two pyramids - one over you and one under you. This structure coincides with practices used by advanced civilizations in their lifestyles.
2. The point of the top pyramid will extend three feet over your head. The base will reach the ground or surface of the Earth.
3. Then visualize a second pyramid. The base of this pyramid is flush with the base of the first pyramid, so its' top is pointing towards the center of the Earth. The size of the second pyramid will match the first pyramid.
